FNA Insurance Services, Inc. would like to remind group health plans and health insurance issuers that their annual Gag Clause Prohibition Compliance Attestation is due on December 31, 2025.  Health plans that offer group or individual health insurance coverage are required to provide the Gag Clause Prohibition Compliance Attestation (GCPCA) to the US Department of Health and Human Services at the end of each year. This attestation assures the federal government that the health insurance plan/issuer in question will not attempt to hide or obfuscate cost or quality of care data from plan participants.
