Department of Labor Provides Updated CHIP Notice for 2024

The Department of Labor has released an updated Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) Notice for plan years 2024 and forward. There were no other significant alterations to the content of the notice.
Employers should be sure to distribute the most up-to-date CHIP Notice to employees. You can see the updated Chip Notice HERE.
