The Department of Labor has released an updated version of its model CHIPRA Notice. This Notice provides information to participants and beneficiaries in a health insurance plan of their rights under the Children’s Health Insurance Program Reauthorization Act (CHIPRA). All health insurance plans are required to provide plan participants and beneficiaries a copy of their rights under CHIPRA each year.
