The New York State Department of Financial Services (NYDFS) has released its decision regarding Maximum Employee Contribution for its Paid Family Leave Program (PFL) for calendar year 2025.

- Employee contributions to NYPFL will be capped at .388% of their salary each pay period (up from .373% in 2024), up to an annual maximum contribution of $354.53 (up from $333.25 in 2024).
