Despite the COVID-19 outbreak crippling businesses across the country, the IRS has still managed to release a model 1094-C and 1095-C ACA form for the 2020 plan year. Employers will still be required to follow proper ACA guidelines and report on offers of health insurance to employees. Employers who have attempted to use the newly-created Individual Coverage HRAs (ICHRAs) will have to input information related to that on these updated forms. All other information will be identical to the information on last year’s forms.

The IRS has not yet released instructions pertaining to this new information. FNA Insurance Services will keep you updated when any further information is made available.
