The state of New Jersey as updated rates for its Temporary Disability Insurance (TDI) program. As a reminder, New Jersey’s TDI program is a wage replacement benefit provided to New Jersey employees when they are unable to work due to a health condition. The following updates have been made for the 2024 calendar year:

- Employee contribution rates will remain at 0% as they were in 2023.

- The Maximum Employee Contribution to TDI is $0.

- The Employer Taxable Wage Base is $42,300.
